Welcome to speedie's new and improved personal website 😀
I am a minimal and free software activist. I try to make the Internet and software in general better.
I enjoy writing blog posts and guides about free software to help the average person get into freedom, privacy and good software worth using.

This page contains a list of all my blog posts. They can also be viewed using the RSS feed but I also uploaded them to the website for convenience. They're mostly about GNU/Linux, freedom, and software minimalism.
This page contains a list of all my guides. They are usually about GNU/Linux software but I write about what I find interesting. These will not be posted to the RSS feed.
A list of all my projects I've worked on. Some may not be listed because of how useless they are.
All my configs/dotfiles for software I use. All of it is free to use.
Forwarder Factory is a Nintendo Wii preservation team started by me.
Here are a few projects I've worked on along with a short description.
Modification of Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger which runs on Early 2008 Apple Macs. Non-free although my code is free. (non-free)
Windows 10/11 "Debloater" tool which cleans up spyware, tracking and bloatware that Windows comes with. (free, for proprietary OS)
"MagmaBoar is a privacy and freedom respecting Mozilla Firefox profile. (free)
"speedie's Desktop Environment" or "spDE" is a set of POSIX shell scripts to automatically install my dotfiles on Gentoo, Arch, Void, Debian or Red Hat. (free)
Customizable, minimal and modular xsetroot bar designed to be used with window managers that use xsetroot -name for displaying information. (free)
Minimal and simple rautafarmi client written in Bash that follows the suckless philosophy. (free)
The rest of my dmenu scripts. There is some good stuff there that I recommend.
